S03E03 | Dominic Smith - Army veteran, entrepreneur, farmer, aboriginal man. A quiet Australian making big noise through his community programs and amazing businesses.

Dominic Smith is a veteran, entrepreneur and nurse whose work sits at the intersection of health, business and men’s wellbeing. After serving as a chef in the Australian Defence Force, Dominic worked across nursing, disability, aged care and community support before founding Brotherwood, a men’s mental health and leadership ecosystem built around purpose, structure and community. Alongside this, he runs Pundi Bitters, Diramu Skincare, and a regenerative bush-food farm in the Riverland.

In this episode, Dominic shares how lived experience, hardship and resilience shaped his approach to business and leadership. From creating a drink that doesn’t wreck your liver, to building products and communities that help men reconnect with strength and direction, his message to veterans is simple: we’ve survived far worse than business — and if one bloke can build this from scratch, so can you.
