Show overview
Very Random Encounters: Chaotic Improv Actual Play has been publishing since 2016, and across the 10 years since has built a catalogue of 448 episodes, alongside 11 trailers or bonus episodes. That works out to roughly 300 hours of audio in total. Releases follow a weekly cadence.
Episodes typically run thirty-five to sixty minutes — most land between 34 min and 47 min — and the run-time is fairly consistent across the catalogue. The publisher flags most episodes as explicit, so expect adult themes or strong language throughout. It is catalogued as a EN-language Comedy show.

From the publisher
Welcome to Very Random Encounters, a show where we play pen and paper RPGs in which we've randomly determined as many things as is possible, including characters, villains, names, places, and other weirder stuff! It all comes together to be a very random encounter. We're an actual play roleplaying game podcast by four friends who love the challenge of telling a story whose details are all prompted by random rolls. You can start with the first episode in any given season.
