As I have mentioned many times though-out the lifespan of this podcast, I am a big believer in meditation and all of its incredible benefits. It has personally helped me become a more present participant in my life, and allowed me to cope with stress as it comes in a way that serves my higher being and inner balance. I believe meditation is for everyone, and we should all carve time out of our days to connect deeper to self.
