Although the United Nations, largely with the help of an interloper named Maurice Strong, had been discussing the bogus but communistic notion of "sustainable development" since the late 1970s, it wasn't until 1992 and 1993 when Presidents George Herbert Walker Bush and William Clinton, respectively, hoisted this foreign and insidious entity onto the backs of the American people by executive order, particularly President Bill Clinton's biodiversity treaty and his President's Council on Sustainable Development. Almost twenty years later now, nearly every county across all the States in the United States of America has been infiltrated, particularly on the local level, by the lynx-like activities of the United Nation's Agenda 21-link to a One World Government through the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI), a usurpatious, parasitic non-government organization (NGO) that floats and slinks between federal and local government control in your city in order to maintain a base of control of its own -- over your lives as well as your money and land. UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development is the action plan implemented worldwide to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all energy, all education, all information, and all human beings in the world. Inventory and control. Have you wondered where these terms 'sustainability' and 'smart growth' and 'high density urban mixed use development' came from? Doesn't it seem like about 10 years ago you'd never heard of them and now everything seems to include these concepts? Is that just a coincidence? That every town and county and state and nation in the world would be changing their land use/planning codes and government policies to align themselves with...what? In a nutshell, the plan calls for governments to take control of all land use and not leave any of the decision making in the hands of private property owners. It is assumed that people are not good stewards of their land and the government will do a better job if they are in control. Individual rights in general are to give way to the needs of communities as determined by the governing body. Moreover, people should be rounded up off the land and packed into human settlements, or islands of human habitation, close to employment centers and transportation. Another program, called the Wildlands Project spells out how most of the land is to be set aside for non-humans. U.N. Agenda 21 cites the affluence of Americans as being a major problem which needs to be corrected. It calls for lowering the standard of living for Americans so that the people in poorer countries will have more, a redistribution of wealth. Although people around the world aspire to achieve the levels of prosperity we have in our country, and will risk their lives to get here, Americans are cast in a very negative light and need to be taken down to a condition closer to average in the world. Only then, they say, will there be social justice which is a cornerstone of the U.N. Agenda 21 plan. Agenda 21 policies date back to the 70's but it got its real start in 1992 at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro when President Bush signed onto it. President Clinton took office the following year and created the President's Council on Sustainable Development to implement it in the United States. Made up of federal agencies, corporations, and non-profit groups, the President's Council on Sustainable Development moved quickly to ensure that all federal agencies would change their policies to comply with UN Agenda 21. A non-governmental organization called the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives, ICLEI, is tasked with carrying out the goals of Agenda 21 worldwide. Remember: UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development is a global plan that is implemented locally. Over 600 cities in the U.S. are members; our town joined in 2007. The costs are paid by taxpayers. It's time that people educate themselves and read the document and related commentary. After that, get a copy of your city or county's General Plan and read it. You will find all sorts of policies that are nearly identical to those in U.N. Agenda 21. Unfortunately, their policies have advanced largely unnoticed and we are now in the end game. People need to identify their elected officials who are promoting the U.N.'s policies and hold them accountable for their actions. Only when we've identified who the people are and what they are trying to do will we be able to evaluate whether or not we approve of the policies they are putting forward. Some people may think it's appropriate for agencies outside the United States to set our policies and some people will not. The question is, aren't Americans able to develop their own policies? "When you look at the story, each piece fits in with each other piece, very cleanly and very logically," Haslam observed, "it's only when you stand back and look at it, that it looks as strange as it does." While researching the mysterious death of Dr. Mary Sherman, Haslam discovered that polio vaccines created in the 1950's had been tainted with a cancer-causing virus. This contamination, he said, was detected after half of the doses, a staggering 100 million vaccines, had been administered to an unwitting public. Allegedly, the creators of the vaccine were afraid to admit the error and subsequently distributed the remaining half of the "medicine" as well. Having studied data on cancer diagnoses, Haslam noted that a "massive epidemic" of soft tissue cancers "erupts in the years following the polio vaccines." Making matters worse, he said, the cancer-causing virus could be transmitted sexually and has even appeared in grandchildren of people who received the compromised vaccine. Realizing their grave mistake, Haslam said, those "in the know" about the widespread inoculation tried to develop a vaccine against it by mutating the virus using a particle accelerator. According to his research, it was during this process that they discovered that the radiation caused the virus to become even more aggressive. It was at that point, Haslam said, the project shifted over to weaponizing the cancer-causing virus. Eventually, the weaponized virus was so powerful that it would kill a human in 28 days. He claimed that this number was derived from a clandestine test of the virus on inmates from a Louisiana prison. The end result was a potent weapon that was virtually untraceable. Making the story even more bizarre, many of the players in the cancer-causing virus story have connections to the JFK assassination. For instance, one of the researchers in the weaponization project had Lee Harvey Oswald as her bodyguard and handler. Additionally, one of the bases of operation for these studies was the home of longtime Kennedy assassination suspect David Ferrie. And, bringing the tale back to where it all started, on the very day that the Warren Commission began their investigation of the JFK assassination, Dr. Mary Sherman was murdered.

The genuine ETs and many benevolent (mostly invisible) ambassadors are on Earth to remind us that we are all part of Source and all life carries the Spark of God within us. As you know, I lived in Mexico in the early 1990s. I found the country and its people fascinating. The culture, nature, its ancient architecture, and last, but not least, its mystery. There is so much folklore and legends, but many say that a lot of what is being taught via oral tradition may have happened after all. What about the Mapimi Silent Zone? A desert patch in Durango, Mexico. In July 1970, the United States launched an Athena test rocket from the Green River Launch Complex in Utah towards the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. The rocket lost control and fell in the Mapimi Desert region. It was carrying two small containers of cobalt 57, a radioactive element. Legends include strange magnetic anomalies that prevent radio transmission", mutations of flora and fauna, extraterrestrial visitations, and a Mexican pilot who supposedly first reported that his radio experienced unexplained malfunctions while flying over the area in the 1930s. If you know me by now, you know I don't believe anything. I either know or don't know. Even though I've had people on my program who claim to predict the future, I bring them on because many of you request them and it's interesting. At the same time, even a broken clock is right twice a day. That being said, a few months ago, one of our listeners had been contacting me to recommend that I interview an alleged gifted psychic from Brazil. This was back in Oct/Nov/Dec 2019. Unbeknownst to me because of lot of his messages fell through the cracks. I found he was actually sending me information about this person since 2014. Just a few days ago, while conducting pre-interview research, that's what I do when I consider prospective guests, I decided to look into the documents. I WAS perplexed (for lack of a better word) when I read a few of these premonitions had materialized and the timestamp in my inbox was before the events took place. This gets interesting. What surprised me the most about this man is the accuracy, specificity and clarify of his premonitions. These are not the run-of-the mill predictions like "there will be a tornado in the Midwest portion of the USA this summer". These are premonitions with names, exact dates, specific location, etc. I know what some will say. Why didn't you post this before? And I will answer the same way. Because the messages fell through the cracks. This is why I say tonight's program is non-traditional. After I read a lot of the documentation, I made contact with the gentleman. His name is Prof. Jucelino Nabrega da Luz. He is from Brazil. Amazingly, he speaks many languages. He was born in 1960 and has had these premonitory dreams since he was 9 years old. I was told I could have a translator available to conduct a future interview, but I did an interview like that some time ago and it was extremely difficult, and that's when I was the translator myself. So I almost refused to do it. So I decided to call Jucelino today to get to know him and see if his English was fluent enough in order to conduct a future interview. Our chat was almost an hour long and it's included in segment two. The conversation includes future predictions and you don't want to miss it. Segment one is my commentary on various premonitions have materialized. What Jucelino sees at any given "time" is accurate for that moment in time. In the astral plane where he visits at night and has the dreams/premonitions, there is no "time" as such. Rehnquist summoned the District Court Judge to Washington, who upon return sentenced him to federal prison, and banned his book. After 20 years, his has republished and updated the book. In many cases, we're only a step or two away from the kind of surveillance China is now implementing. It appears their social credit system depends on being linked up to databases that reveal citizen behavior - what they purchase, their traffic violations, failure to pay taxes or loans and so on. Some of this data is kept in private enterprise systems and others in government records. Google, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook, to name a few. What's troubling is when those private systems link up to the government rankings. Some define fascism as the merger of the corporation and the government, but are we entering an era of digitocracy; a digital dictatorship: the merger of government and Big Tech for full spectrum social control? The Rendlesham Forest incident is the most intriguing and best-documented UFO case in the world and is 2nd only to Roswell NM in terms of name recognition; however, in truth it is a far more significant event than Roswell.
