Starbucks Rewards Program Update: New Tiers, Perks, and Rewards
Starbucks has unveiled a significant overhaul of its rewards program, introducing three membership tiers and enhanced ways to earn and redeem stars. The tiers are Green, Gold, and Reserve, with Green being the base level, Gold requiring 500 stars annually, and Reserve needing 2,500 stars. Star earning rates vary by tier, with Green earning one star per dollar, Gold one and a half, and Reserve two and a half.
Members can now enjoy free drink customizations every month starting March 16th with Free Mod Mondays. Redemption options have been expanded, with new 60-star and 25-star options, as well as higher-value redemptions.

Customers can now check their tier status in the app or via email, based on their star earnings from the previous year. The revised program focuses on flexibility and enhanced loyalty benefits to encourage customer retention.
