FBI Offers $1M Reward for Omar Cardenas, Suspect in 2019 Barber Shop Murder
The FBI has increased its reward to $1 million for information leading to the arrest of Omar Alexander Cardenas, a 31-year-old suspect in a 2019 barber shop murder.
