The centerpiece is a 380-foot-long concrete cable-stayed pedestrian bridge, providing a safe path over active rail lines and linking up with the Wilmington Waterfront Promenade. The development includes an entry plaza, overlooks, seating terraces, pathways, gathering spots, parking lots, restrooms, and upgrades to streets, lighting, and landscaping. Construction set to finish by late summer 2028.
