Kelly and David discuss the importance of food sourcing, the difference that comes out of a meal you prepare from scratch energetically and how food production is drastically tied to things like climate change, overconsumption and economic issues. They also discuss the budding reminder that we are all connected and the importance of paying attention before it's too late.
