Some cellphone and internet service has gone down for those needing information about wildfire evacuations in parts of northeastern B.C. A wildfire broke out in the northern part of Fort St. John late Thursday afternoon, forcing some people to leave as a precaution. Meanwhile, a cluster of smaller fires is spreading in the community of Tumbler Ridge where cell service has been sporadic.
