Touski, the new European-style hybrid cafe and bistro, has opened next to Say Hey on East Pender Street. Owned by Lisa Caschetto and her Say Hey team, Touski uses every ingredient to maximize flavor, reducing waste through thoughtful cooking. Currently open for daytime service, it will soon offer French and British classics with a local twist. Dinner reservations start April 7th.
