Nanaimo RCMP seek publics assistance in locating Joshua Taylor, a 35-year-old man wanted for assault, assault by choking, and theft under $5000. Taylor, with a skull tattoo on his right wrist, is accused of repeatedly assaulting someone in early October. He was arrested in Port Alberni but skipped his court appearance.
