Joseph Duggar, a 31-year-old from the reality show 19 Kids and Counting, is facing serious charges in Florida for lewd and lascivious behavior with a minor. The victim, now 14, reported the abuse earlier this year, alleging that Duggar manipulated her clothing and touched her inappropriately during a family vacation in 2020. Duggar has been charged with two counts of molestation and lewd acts by an adult, and is awaiting extradition to Florida. This is not the first scandal for the Duggar family, as Josephs older brother Josh was convicted in 2021 for downloading child sex abuse images and is currently serving a 12.5-year prison sentence.
