Christina, a 12-year-old hero, saved her classmates during the Tumbler Ridge school shooting, pulling Maya and Abel under a table for cover. Abel asked her to convey his love to his parents, which she did. The attack resulted in the deaths of Abel, Kylie, Zoey, Ticaria, Ezekiel, and Shannda. Maya, shot in the head and neck, survived and is hospitalized. Christinas bravery was highlighted at the National Prayer Breakfast, and she delivered Abels message to his family.
