Utah football is expanding its recruiting reach into the South, eyeing three-star wide receiver Darion Moseley from Alabama for the class of 2027. Moseley, a standout at Thompson High School, has received offers from Arizona State, Kentucky, and Nebraska, among others. Utah, with new wide receivers coach Chad Bumphis, who has ties to the Southeast and a history with the Utes, extended an offer in February. Moseley plans a campus visit in June and has Utah in his top six, with a decision expected in April. Landing Moseley could bolster Utahs thin 2027 class, which currently has only one commit.
