Every Community...Josh Haas We all crave community We are not meant to do life alone We must have vision to GROW community God is always increasing Acts 5:12-16 (church was esteemed) Our acts of kindness mean something to others 2 Kings 20:12-19 (Hezekiah only cared about himself, not the future) Fear and Selfishness will prevent us from having vision for the future Prosperity can prevent us as well, unless we have a plan in how to continue to impact others with it Socialization is needed for community Matthew 16:24-25 Disconnection is one of our biggest social issues today Social integration is the biggest factor for a healthy life Suggestions that overcome fear/selfishness: 1) Die to self 2) Don't try the impossible without God 3) Fight for community Inside, while still taking it outside 4)Don't avoid areas of resistance 5) Do it before you think about it 6)Let God's love for you replace fear 7)Learn to love without an agenda 8)Decide what you are going to do beforehand Smile at someone today😊😊😊
