Revival is a Person and His name is Jesus! We gather together to train so that we can reign outside of the church Most of the miracles Jesus performed were within his hometown area (Galilee: cities of Capernaum and Bethsaida) Because Jesus performed miracles as a man, and not as God, we are compelled to do the same Matthew, Chapters 4-9: Jesus healed masses of people, in what could have been a period of about 48 hours Jesus ended this period by asking for MORE WORKERS! Mark 16-We are told to Go into all the world and preach the gospel Matthew 10: We are told to Go to the lost sheep and tell them the kingdom is near We are called to Re-Present Jesus We are called to do GREATER works than He did (seems like mission impossible), BUT Acts 10:38 tells us that being anointed with the Holy Spirit and Power will give us ability! "how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him." ‭‭Acts‬ ‭10:38‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ http://bible.com/114/act.10.38.nkjv Romans 14:17 says the kingdom of God is in the Holy Spirit A Revelation is a seed that is meant to GROW WE are the Ark of the Covenant; carriers of the Holy Spirit His presence makes the impossible Possible! We grieve the Holy Spirit when we do wrong things We quench the Holy Spirit when we don't do what we should Our primary call: Host the Holy Spirit- have AWARENESS of His Presence!!! How to practically stay aware: Take time daily to sit with Him Give attention to Him throughout the day ( thankfulness, praise) Make melody/sing Meditate on the Word Honor Him AND others "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty." ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭91:1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ http://bible.com/114/psa.91.1.nkjv The world is crying out for an encounter with Jesus!!
