Show Notes
Thomas Hartle has terminal cancer and was the first Canadian to legally use psilocybin (magic mushrooms) to treat his end of life anxiety with a therapist. He was granted a Section 56 exemption from Health Canada two years ago. He says the one time treatment changed his life and gave him a contentment and a joy that he has never had before. He is joined by his hospice worker John Simpson who has journeyed with Thomas for the past few years. They tell the story of transformation and how this treatment could help thousands of other Canadians who are suffering.
