Andy, Ari and Scott Dochterman dig a little deeper into a topic that has been bugging Andy and Ari for a while: double-digit year, mostly or fully guaranteed coach contracts. Texas A&M is experiencing buyer's remorse with Jimbo Fisher now, but history tells us Michigan State, Penn State, LSU, USC, Miami or a combination of all of those will experience the same pain. So what's an AD to do? The guys look at the current job openings (and some that might come open) and try to devise a strategy that could land a quality coach without putting the school on the hook for a decade.
