This Truth Talk is the second in our 4-part series based on my free Know Your Worth Study. Today I’m focusing on the types of writing, the themes, and the metanarrative in the Bible. As believers, “metanarrative” means the big story - the overarching story behind the smaller stories found in scripture. God is the main character of the story. Every book, story, and line of scripture we read is about Him and a part of His story.
