Marc Cameron is a retired chief deputy US marshal with twenty-nine years of law enforcement experience from uniform patrol to mounted horse patrol, to fugitive task force commander. He writes several series, including the Tom Clancy/Jack Ryan novels and his own Arliss Cutter crime novels. Originally from Texas, he and his wife have lived in Alaska for twenty two years.
