The Biggest Year Yet - My Reflections & Lessons from 2022

I’m back in my little coaching office again, behind the mic and hitting record on this special podcast episode!

Today’s episode of the Elevate Your Life podcast is a beautiful reflection and celebration of 2022.

To share much of what I’ve journeyed through this year – including the growth spurts, the lessons and reviewing my words of the year. 

Everything that’s been really pivotal for me personally AND my business throughout the year. 

It’s been a beautiful, expansive and wild ride culminating with the birth of my beautiful baby girl Blake Willow, who joined us earthside at the end of October.

So I really wanted to celebrate this year with you, and to invite you to reflect on your own year in your life and business.

Reflection is something that’s easy to do, but it’s also easy to NOT do too.

So often as humans (especially the go-getters) you just want to jump forward and get into the doing and actually creating the goals. 

But I believe pausing and reflecting gives you so much clarity, perspective and wisdom that can really help you with that goal setting process and creating new intentions for the new year.

And of course reflecting also allows you to celebrate theout of yourself!

I know for me, personally, it's been a massive year, as it has been for so many of my clients. 

So let's pause and celebrate the year that’s been 2022!
