This episode is so good! I am chatting with my beautiful friend Lesleigh Burrell who I met sailing around Croatia 4 years ago and I wanted to bring her on the podcast today to share some of her incredible story with you all.
Lesleigh is a professional dancer and since the age of 18 years old, has been dancing on world renowned stages in India, Japan, and the famous Moulin Rouge in Paris. Lesleigh shares her experience from building the confidence and belief to go after her dreams, how she managed to move beyond her loud inner critic and ground herself. She shares how yoga soon became her ‘escape’ and how The Universe so beautifully guided her to go on and become a yoga, pilates, and barre teacher.
