Welcome back to the podcast! I am recently back to coaching and podcasting after two weeks off for my wedding and honeymoon and wanted to share a little life update from me. Today I am sharing some of the biggest lessons from my wedding, because I always love hearing more behind the scenes into people’s personal worlds, so I hope it’s interesting for you all. It’s also past the first quarter of the year (how wild is that!?), so I am doing a check-in with my goals and planning for the next quarter in my life and business. I really encourage you all to do the same to ensure you’re not living life on auto-pilot and instead, living with intention. In this episode, I share some of the key journal prompts or questions you might like to use to do a similar check-in for yourself. Enjoy!
