On July 4, 2002, Victor Melendez, known as "Shorty" was shot and killed in Lancaster City, Pennsylvania. In the middle of the night, during a holiday celebration with fun and fireworks, suspects in a car shot him and sped off, getting away, with few people seeing the crime. Now, investigators need your help finding the missing pieces in this case.
