Weeks after Ellen Greenberg died, the medical examiner on her case suddenly reversed the ruling of homicide, changing it to suicide, after she was stabbed 20 times in her Philadelphia apartment. Investigators said all signs point to suicide, but the attorney representing the Greenberg family said evidence from the scene and Ellen's autopsy show it was a homicide.
