S1E2. Annie shares how meditation has radically shifted her life, how she got started and how hard it has been for her (she won't sugarcoat it for ya)! She wants to help bridge the gap between "woo woo" and the "work" because she believes in both so deeply. Annie wants to emphasize that she is not claiming to be a doctor / expert but she wants to share how she has witnessed / experienced meditation helping with racing thoughts, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, sleep, and so much more!
