Assuming what this guy claims is true, he is without a doubt THE WORST serial killer that ever walked this planet. Pedro Lopes was convicted of killing 110 girls in Ecuador in 1983. It is suspected his victims could reach up into the 500s....or even more...because this psycho managed to escape and no one knows where he's at today. Is he dead? Is he still lurking somewhere in the world?
