Monty Moran was originally a lawyer and then he joined Chipotle in 2005 as the COO and became co-CEO in 2009. Under his leadership, Chipotle grew their valuation from a few million to $23 billion over his decade with the company. They went from a handful of restaurants to over 2,500 and from a few hundred employees to over 75,000 employees!
