During the holidays Unit3d takes a break and we are hoping that you do too! For a few weeks in December and January we offer listeners guided meditations and mindfulness exercises to help unwind in the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Today’s meditation is from Dr. Joey Case, Assistant Athletic Director of Counseling and Sport Psychology at Mississippi State University. Joey takes listeners through a mindfulness practice to help us stay present and notice where we are as the holiday season continues at full speed around us.
