A crisis situation is something we never hope will happen, but it is important to prepare as much as we can for the unexpected. It is also helpful to know how to help someone when a crisis pops up. In this episode of Unit3d, Dr. Dylan Firsick, Assistant A.D. and Director of Mental Health and Performance at the University of Georgia, discusses various ways to handle a crisis situation, things we can do when the unexpected happens, and ways to help those close to us who experience an emergency -- especially when those emergencies pertain to our mental health.
