Athletes have been increasingly aware that caring for their mental health in vital for their happiness and performance.  The United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee has been working hard to increase mental health resources for those competing at the games for the US.  Dr. Jessica Bartley is in a newly formed role as the director of mental health resources and is responsible for the development and implementation of mental health services and programming for Team USA.  She discusses this new role and the importance of developing these resources for Olympic athletes.
