Welcome to Unfiltered with Kanika on Auditopitara. My first episode is about seeing people and situations in their entirety. Very often, we focus on their negative aspects and give an emotional colour to our experiences with them. But life itself has no meaning. We have the power to assign meaning. Assigning a meaning based on a limited view will only cause us hurt, block our creativity, and lower our intelligence. A drift from the emotional mind to the objective mind would bring freedom and detachment from negativity. It is said that once you know the full story, you will only have compassion.
