So often we women tell stories in our head and go silent rather than asking for clarity. The stories we tell ourselves distort our perceptions and begin to snowball into a giant divide between us and our men.
While Non-violent Communication (NVC) might be one popular way to resolve conflict, Feminine Communication (FC) takes things one step further, being more expressed, honest and vulnerable - creating connection, healing... and attraction!
FC works really well for our teen boys, too…
