Show Notes

There’s no way to know what getting a divorce is like until you go through it. Some might have been baffled by Brooke’s divorce from her soulmate. For Brooke it was an experience that was bigger than she could’ve ever imagined. Everything that she thought was true got unearthed. It’s not uncommon for women to feel suicidal during the process. The pain of grieving can be intense but it’s important to embrace your sadness rather than point the finger in blame. Brooke believes that if we were in polarity, divorce rate would be way down, and talks about why she wishes she had tried Feminine communication before breaking up. In this episode we talk about the common pitfalls of feminine communication when we do it in order to get an outcome, and the beauty that can unfold when we practice it without an agenda. And why forgiving yourself is the key to it all. To get on the waitlist for Feminine Communication Salon, go to https://unfilteredfeminine.com/fc-6week-salon
