Show Notes
Okinawa is a small island in Japan that is known for being one of the Blue Zones, which are places around the world where people live longer and healthier lives.
One way to experience the Blue Zone lifestyle is by drinking water that comes from these areas, which is thought to have healing properties.
But perhaps more important than exercise and diet, for longevity is having a community and life purpose, what the Japanese call “ikigai”.
How fitting that we are going there with our conscious entrepreneurs’ online community!
