Show Notes

Today we get to hear from powerhouse sisters Beck Burns and Lou Robertson, who backed themselves to follow their dreams in what is a pretty tough industry – gym ownership.

In this chat we talk all about their experience of going from outside boot camps to a brick-and-mortar gym, to fitness retreats, and their brand-new partnership and holistic wellness offering, all while raising a young family for Beck, and casually smashing world records for Lou.

These impressive women, and their third business partner Ed, are trusting their instincts, learning as they go, and providing the very thing that so many people in their community need – opportunities to push your body and mind to grow and feel good.

It's a brilliant example of why you should always go for whatever it is that brings you joy, to just start wherever you are and let the journey keep guiding you.
