We began our discussion reviewing the pros and cons of being a franchise. Mike and Steve share exactly how their model works for all of their offices. Being able to scale is key for all of us, so I asked them about their ability to duplicate themselves as the grow.
They also give us a glimpse into their daily life at Cinch IT and talk about some of the tools and processes they use. Mike's favorite tool is Power Automate. He uses for almost everything from responding to customers but really learned how to use it to automatically order his lunch.
