I am humbled and excited to be bringing you this episode and the next several to follow which are part of our next series entitled "Our Collective Wisdom." I have always believed that when all voices are heard and included the solutions or results we come up with far surpass the direction and dictation of following one single person, a select few or an agreed upon yet narrow perspective.
