We also provide as good of LazCon update as possible, not much new info out there. In addition, we discuss some new running films that have recently come out. We cover an Ian Torrence article about troubleshooting problems on the run during an ultra. Finally we go over a cringe moment and also a fun record from the Boston Marathon.
