Liza created the camp to help military veterans and their families learn about the benefits of being outside, running on trails and finding a community. She joins host Scotty Sandow, alongside Adam Delsman, a current camp mentor who was a former camp attendee, to talk about the benefits of a trail running camp for veterans and the success of Band of Runners.
