Garland had surgery on his injured big toe that hampered him during the playoffs in early June. He missed Cleveland's first seven games. The All-Star guard averaged 20.6 points and 6.7 assists during the regular season. He missed the final two games of the regular season and four games during the playoffs with the turf toe injury. DeAndre Hunter missed Wednesday's game because of an illness. Darius Garland is back. The Cavaliers have activated their All-Star point guard for Wednesday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. He'll make his season debut after missing Cleveland's first seven games. Garland hasn't played since undergoing surgery in June to repair a toe injury that limited him in the playoffs. Garland missed Games 3 and 4 of a first-round sweep of the Heat, then missed two more games in Cleveland's 4-1 loss to the Pacers in the second round.
