Paul runs through dozens of UK small caps that have reported either results or trading updates this week. All views are just my opinions, which could be right or wrong in future, when things have changed. So always do your own research please. The small caps market continues to be dominated by profit warnings and takeover bids, so quite a lottery at the moment! Will the big, inflation-busting pay rises for pensioners, benefits claimants, and Living Wage, plus the 2% cut in NICs from January, trigger a consumer boom in 2024 (just in time for the election!)? That seems the Govt's strategy, which seems to be pulling in the opposite direction to the Bank of England. So the usual chaos!
