Twenty-eight-year-old Rhemeese Lawrence-Hayden sentenced to fourteen years in prison for fatal crash in Birmingham, causing death of his friend David Brennan. Driving a stolen Ford Focus at excessive speed, he lost control and crashed into a tree, killing Brennan and leaving himself unharmed. Lawrence-Hayden fled the scene, but was identified through CCTV, forensics, and a witness. The crash occurred in a 30 mph zone, with speeds recorded between 82-102 mph.
