Show Notes

With UFC 292 fight week upon us, Jim Norton and Matt Serra are joined by middleweight Andre Petroski and UFC play-by-play commentator Jon Anik on today’s episode of UFC Unfiltered!

Looking to continue his four-fight win streak with a win this Saturday over Gerald Meerschaert at UFC 292, Andre Petroski lets the guys in on his mindset going into this fight and the status of his recovery from his torn rotator cuff. While the Pennsylvania native has his eyes set on Saturday’s fight, he explains why he wants Bo Nickal next in the event he’s victorious over Meerschaert.

When Jon Anik hops on the call, Jim and Matt take it back to this past Saturday’s UFC Fight Night: Luque vs. Dos Anjos fight card. The guys each give their thoughts on ways to fix judging in MMA following featherweight veteran Cub Swanson’s questionable co-main event victory over Hakeem Dawodu.

Excited to call Saturday’s fights in his hometown of Boston, Anik dissects the top of the UFC 292 fight card while further explaining why he believes current champion Aljamain Sterling is the UFC’s greatest bantamweight of all-time.
