Towards the end of every quarter thousands of students start to lose focus on their mental health and wellbeing to spend more time on their finals. We all know this is unhealthy but a lot of us don't really know how else to cope with the stress. Luckily Crown College's new course "Theory and Practices for a Purposeful Life" aims to help with that and it's getting rave reviews!
