Observations: The fruits of American bishops’ failure
The bishops of the United States and even the pope have spoken against policies of the Trump administration that target people who have entered the country without authorization. Catholics in the administration have taken issue with those protests, a sign that the American bishops have failed to instill certain Gospel values in their flock.
