Julie Goodwin is Australia's sweetheart, the first winner of Masterchef Australia.
But in recent years she's dealt with many heavy days thanks to a mental health condition.
She had made a plan to leave her entire life and all her family and friends behind, she was at the bottom of a well with no way out. And then a lovely couple found her and sat with her for a few hours, and made her realise that she needed help.
