Show Notes

Plus sized people and the media have a real hate-hate relationship and today we're gonna talk all about it!

Remember back in the 90s when were were told people like Kate Winslet, Jessica Simpson and Drey Barrymore were chubby... Well it's 2022 and when we look back at those women, we're realising they had healthy bodies!

Heroin chic really messed with our heads and our eating habits, both of us have suffered from it and we think it's about time to get rid of those goalposts and as a society, realise that different sized bodies can still be healthy!

We do touch on eating disorders in this episode, and if this triggers anything for you, or you'd just like to chat to someone, please reach out to the Butterfly Foundation.
