It's official, again - Telcos suck at customer service. Complaints are coming into the TIO at over 400 a day proving the telcos don't know how to help people with issues, Stephen and Trevor break it all down. Plus the NBN, yes the NBN - speeds are up, Kogan is involved and it's all happening.
