* worrying
* anxious
* stressed

When do I stop thinking and just am?
This almost feels like one of those countdown calming exercises. I’m sure there’s more that’ll come to mind with this but the question feels like a marker. A prompt to ask myself when I feel like: “I don’t know what I’m doing with my life.”
How about you? When is the only time anything makes sense to you? When do you stop thinking and just are?
